Information stored on your device

The game stores your progress, personal bests, earned badges, and music, sound-effect, and haptic settings on your device. This information restores your game and preferences.

Lanternbound does not send this game information to us or to a game server. The game does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings. Lanternbound does not provide its own account or cross-device synchronization service.

Information you choose to send

If you contact support by email, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request.

Please do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information. Sending a support email is optional and is separate from playing the game.

We keep support messages only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. You can email wlh96110@gmail.com to request deletion of your support messages.

Your choices

• Game preferences: change music, sound-effect, and haptic settings inside the game.
• Local data: deleting the app removes its local game data from that installation. Any copies in device backups are managed through your Apple backup settings.
• Support messages: contact us if you want messages you sent to support deleted.

Lanternbound does not require an account, so there is no game account to create or close.

Apple services

Downloading Lanternbound from the App Store and using Apple device services are subject to Apple’s own privacy practices. App Store transaction or download information and any device diagnostics you choose to share through Apple are managed by Apple.

These Apple services are separate from Lanternbound’s local game storage. You can review Apple’s practices at Apple’s privacy policy.

These web pages

We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or third-party embeds to these pages. The website host may use its own operational cookies and connection information.

A website hosting provider may process basic connection information to deliver web pages. The statements above about offline play and local game data describe the Lanternbound app, separately from website hosting and email services.
